This class focuses on the importance and impact murals can have within urban settings. The first mural is a temporary installation on the corner of NW Glisan and the Park Blocks. The project is composed of 10 student’s collective styles and celebrates pigeons as a metaphor for urban occupants. The class is being led by Portland artist, Adam Ciresi who has been an active public artist for more than a decade.
